MARKET SIMPLIFIED : PRICING and REFUND POLICY   (dated 10th Nov 2007)

By using this website or mobile services you agree to the pricing and refund policy stated as follows.

1. NEW CLIENTS (After 10th Nov 2007)

   Clients who choose the "Premier Access" subscription to the Market Simplified Service are allowed a 1 (One) month complimentary access to the "Premier" account. At the end of the 30-day free trial period (starting the day of registration), the credit card will be charged the subscription amount. Cancellation during free trial period will result in no charges. In the event of account cancellation, the account can be downgraded to a free complimentary account with restricted features.

2. EXISTING CLIENTS (as of 10th Nov 2007)

   Existing free, standard and Advanced account holders with MSF will be offered a free trial of the "Premier Access" for a period up to 10th Dec 2007. At the end of this period, credit card details will be requested to maintain the "Premier" account failing which the account will be downgraded to a 'Complimentary' one. Existing 'Standard' and 'Advanced' clients will not be charged for any services provided till 10th Dec 2007, including their old subscription amount.

3. CANCELLATION DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD:

   Cancellation during the complimentary trial period incurs no charges. The account can simply be downgraded to a free account at the end of 30 days.

4. CANCELLATION AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD:

   As a policy, we do not provide refund for any of our services that have been paid for. Any change in this policy will be notified via the MSF Newsletter. The account is automatically rolled over for the next year unless cancelled within the contract period.
   
   CANCELLATION PROCEDURE: Cancel simply by accessing the "MY ACCOUNT"- CANCEL ACCOUNT section and clicking on the tab provided.

5. INDIAN USERS

   For Indian users, the date for determining “existing clients” and “new clients” shall be 12th Jan 2008.
