Market Simplified Financial (or MSF for short) is a Technology Driven Online Wealth Management Solution.
Can I give you money to manage?
NO, this is a Wealth Management "Solution" not "Service" and we do not manage your money but the SOLUTION is designed for you to manage your money by yourself. Being a Premier Client provides you with access to these tools, enabling you to manage them.
Can I buy only individual application from the tool kit ?
Sure! If you are a Premium Client, you can access any of the individual applications such as "Mobile"

How do I get MSF Mobile ?
For users who use Smart Phones and have GPRS enabled, please log in to www.marketsimplified.com/mobile to download the latest MSF mobile application available 'Over The Air'.
Else simply mail in at mobile@marketsimplified.com with your phone (Make and model No.) and carrier details to get a download link directly.
Does my phone support the MSF Mobile app ?
MSF Mobile is presently available on a range of Treo smartphones running on Palm OS.
MSF Mobile is also available on a range of Nokia (Symbian) and Windows OS mobiles.

MSF Alerts
SMS alert not received ?
The alerts triggered by our system are delivered via e-mail and sms.
While e-mail delivery is possible worldwide, delivery of alerts via sms poses certain unique problems.
Such message delivery is governed by different rules in different parts of the world and the power of ensuring delivery is not always in our hands.
In the event that your sms alert has NOT been received by you despite its trigger conditions being met, the following possibilities exist :
1) A system Error :
Highly Unlikely, but kindly do report such non-delivery. We will be glad to offer you a complimentary alerts package.
2) Problem with sms gateway :
We would normally take that up with the sms gateway provider and ensure there is no repeat of such an error.
3) Non-Delivery at carrier's end :
We unfortunately do not control that part of the delivery and apologize in advance for any such occurrence.
However we request you to kindly report the bug to our
support.
Problems with alert trigger
If you suspect that an alert set has not been triggered despite the conditions being fulfilled, you may run the following checks :
1) From the
WORKSTATION proceed to ALERTS -
ALERT OVERVIEW . "Available alerts and subscriptions" section is the list of alerts still pending in the system. If the alert still shows as pending while the condition has been met, report the bug to us on support and we will gladly offer you a complimentary alerts package.
2) Go to DISPATCHED ALERTS to check if the alert has indeed been triggered by the system. In case that is the case but you haven't received your e-mail or sms notification, contact us immediately on
support and we will get back to you at the earliest.
Getting started with alerts
Getting started with MSF alerts is as simple as our name.
From the
WORKSTATION click
ALERTS and input an alert of your choice.
The system will ask you to verify your device.
Clicking on the "send me a verification code" link will send the code to the requested device (e-mail ID or mobile number) immediately.
This step is to ensure that only genuine ID holders continue to get alerts.
Once you have input this verification code in the box provided, your device is registered to receive alerts.
The same process can be carried out at ALERTS - MANAGE DEVICES - Add New Devices / Unverified Devices section
BILLING AND REFUNDS
Billing free period
Following is quoted from our
Refund Policy regarding charging of Subscriptions :
NEW CLIENTS (After 10th Nov 2007)
Clients who choose the "Premier Access" subscription to the Market Simplified Service are allowed a 1 (One) month complimentary access to the "Premier" account.
At the end of the 30-day free trial period (starting the day of registration), the credit card will be charged the subscription amount. Cancellation during this period will result in no charges. In the event of account cancellation, the account can be downgraded to a free complimentary account with restricted features.
EXISTING CLIENTS (as of 10th Nov 2007)
Existing free, standard and Advanced account holders with MSF will be offered a free trial of the "Premier Access" for a period up to 10th Dec 2007. At the end of this period, credit card details will be requested to maintain the "Premier" account failing which the account will be downgraded to a 'Complimentary' one.
Existing 'Standard' and 'Advanced' clients will not be charged for any services provided till 10th Dec 2007, including their old subscription amount.

Account cancellation
CANCELLATION : Cancel simply by accessing the "My Account" section and clicking on the CANCEL ACCOUNT tab provided. However it is advisable to "Downgrade" your account rather than canceling since a cancellation would mean a permanent deletion of all accounts and portfolio details.
